In the Federal Legislative Palace, Rodríguez maintained that the instruction of the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolas Madurois to deepen the encounter with the Venezuelan people, as part of the legacy of Commander Hugo Chávez, which he carried forward when he left Yare prison on March 26, 1994.
“When Chávez left Yare, he did not meet with the party or organization, but the order he carried out was to go to the catacombs of the people to conquer power, and that is fundamental in the mission that you (young people) have been entrusted with, because because they are a kind of hinge between the constituted power,” he said.
Parliamentary youth advances in their training
