Dialogues in Mexico
The president of the Parliament, who also heads the Venezuelan delegation before the dialogue table in Mexico, referred earlier to the most recent meeting of that negotiating body of the Venezuelan State with one of the sectors of the different branches of the opposition, during which The second Partial Agreement for the Protection of the Venezuelan People was signed on Aztec soil.

The statement released by the head of the Venezuelan State delegation states that the agreement that will be signed in Mexico “creates a practical mechanism, aimed at addressing vital social needs and addressing public service problems, based on the recovery of legitimate resources, property of the Venezuelan State, which today are blocked in the international financial system”.
It also indicates that the rescued resources will reinforce the national public health system, electricity, school infrastructure, as well as “attention to needs derived from the emergency due to torrential rains, as well as food support programs.”
In the text, the delegation reiterates its firm rejection of the illegal detention of Venezuelan diplomat Alex Saab, and once again demands his immediate release and full incorporation as a member of the Venezuelan Government Delegation.
