The head of the campaign command “Venezuela Nuestra del siglo XXI”, Jorge Rodríguez, has responded to the international media and news agencies that operate in the country, demanding that they respect the truth and not feed the fantasies of the extreme right.
Rodríguez told CNN that he is at the forefront of a media campaign that supports the far right’s intention to ignore the results of next Sunday, which is already based on the lack of recognition of the large mobilization of the Venezuelan people who have come out to meet President Nicolás Maduro during his tour of the country.
“Don’t take false flag positions again like you did with Guaidó,” Rodríguez told them.
Previously, through a statement, the Foreign Press Association of Venezuela said that the accusations against him of actively participating in the political debate of the presidential election campaign were unfounded.
