Jorge Muñoz: “This Cabinet is less than what we had before”

The mayor of Lima, Jorge Munozpointed out that the new Cabinet appointed by President Pedro Castillo, led by Congressman Héctor Valer, “is less” than the one presided over by Mirtha Vásquez, who held the position until yesterday.

During the presentation of a new park in downtown Lima, Muñoz said that the new premier has gone through many parties without showing commitment to any of them, he also questioned that he has presented bills contrary to the transportation reform.

“This Government does not have a north, someone told me that this Cabinet is more of the same, in my opinion this Cabinet is less than what we had before. We fear questioned people, even the head, the premier, is someone who has been in many parties without much commitment, has also presented draft regulations that go against the transport proposal”, he told the press.

“I am concerned about the formation of this Cabinet because it is plainly questioned, we are going to go from crisis to crisis, from the moment we do not make a good selection. What we require is stability”, he added.
