The Ministry of the Interior and the National Ports Administration (ANP) opened calls for fill jobs. Deadlines for registration expire at the beginning of March.
The Ministry of the Interior is looking for interns for different executing units of the portfolio. 129 jobs are open, and 10 will be reserved for people of African descent. The contract modality will be a scholarship, so it will be for 18 months with the possibility of being extended one time for another 12 months.
The remuneration is 6 Benefits and Contributions Base (BPC) which is $33,960 for 30 weekly hours.
The requirements for the application are: be a student of university careers, tertiary techniques and tertiary teachers, and have passed at least one exam or course of the career in the year immediately prior to the call. At the same time, It will be valued to have courses of attention to the public or the client and of computer tools.
The tasks to be accomplished will be: administrative support in tasks related to registration, classification, data file management and documentation and attention to users by telephone, in person or via email.

On the other hand, the ANP is looking for four Grade I administrative positions to perform functions in the Port of Montevideo. The requirements to enter are to be 35 years old or less and complementary computer training in the Office package.
Of those four positions, two will be designated for people of African descent and another for a trans person.
The regime will be 40 or 48 hours per week depending on the work needs. and the salary will be of $21,054 for 40 weekly hours and $25,000 for 48 weekly hours. In both cases they must also be added a per diem of $15,000.
