The Mortgage Bank of Uruguay (BHU) launched a job call through the Uruguay Concursa portal to cover administrative charges. The charges are in budgeting regimein Rank C (Administrative 3, Grade 5) of the General Regulation of State Officials.
The purpose of the call is to create a priority list for the purpose of filling future job vacancies and is framed within Law No. 16,127 (Appointment, promotions and
incentives for public officials), which establishes the filling of vacancies with public officials.
Public officials who have between 18 and 30 years old and who have completed high school or UTU.
To be on the list the contest will have six stages. Stage one will be the validation of the documentation, stage two will consist of the evaluation of the job profile, stage three of the knowledge assessment, stage four will be the work experience, stage five will be the psycho-labour assessment and finally an interview final.
For branches in Montevideo, 120 people will be selected, for Ciudad de la Costa, 15, as well as for Maldonado, Melo, Rivera and Colonia.
The objectives of the position are “Execute in an efficient and timely manner the administrative procedures whose activities include the operational level in the management of the
processes of the assigned sector, within the framework of the established regulations”, details the call.
The assigned tasks are to provide support to the different processes of the sector, collaborating with the preparation of the required documentation and their follow-up, serving the internal and/or external client through the communication channels enabled by the bank, following the criteria indicated by their hierarchical superior, manage and keep updated the information of the different processes of the sector, registering, filing and distributing the corresponding documentation, ensuring the confidentiality of the information according to
correspond, coordinate, prepare and send standard information in a timely manner to internal and external clients, among others.
The remuneration for being a call for administrative 3 Grade 5 is $51 thousand nominal.
