He Ministry of Labor and Social Security (Mtss) launched a job call through the Uruguay Concursa portal for eleven administrative positions. The charges are in scholarship regime and for 18 months.
The job positions are to be carried out in the General Directorate of the Secretariat of the portfolio, which is located in the offices located on May 25, 737, in Ciudad Vieja.
The exclusive requirement to access is to be a student of undergraduate courses taught at the University of the Republic, private universities or at the UTU. And also have approved at least one subject in the year immediately prior to the call.
The schooling and credits obtained, knowledge of computer tools (Office, Open Office), knowledge related to the tasks of the competitive position and English and/or Portuguese courses will be valued.
The objective of the position is “to support the Organizational Units in tasks related to the registration, management, control and archiving of data and documents, as well as to provide attention to the users of the services”, according to the call.
In addition, the key tasks will be to meet the requests of internal and / or external users, face-to-face or by telephone, manage the documents of your unit in its different stages, analyze the files and manage them in their different stages, prepare notes, transcribe reports, passes, fill out forms and forms, among others.
The position is 30 hours per week (six hours per day from Monday to Friday) and will take into account the study hours of the person hired. The salary is $22,640 or $33,960 if it is a pregnant woman or with a child under four years of age. One of the eleven positions is reserved for a person of African descent.
The selection process will be through a random ordering, then an evaluation of merits and background and finally a personal interview.
