The president of the National Justice Board (JNJ), Gino Ríos Patio, is again in a new questioning. This time, for a case dating from June 2003, when lawyer Roberto Pereira Chumbe sent a notarial letter to the Lima Bar Association (Cal) denounced plagiarism in the article published by the head of the JNJ.
