JetSmart withdrew from its intention to purchase Ultra Air

The airline JetSmart indicated, through a statement, that it abandoned its intention to purchase Ultra Air after analyzing the conditions that said transaction would imply.

The entity explained that in this way The letter of understanding, which was presented on March 16, is canceled and that it was subject to several conditions.

“JetSmart began the analysis stage of this type of negotiation and has decided to cancel the letter of understanding, terminate the process and desist from its intention to purchase Ultra Air”, quotes the document.
