The Jauja Preparatory Research Court, in charge of the second Magistrate Huamán Carrasco, issued eight months of preventive detention against Nilo Rosales Huamán (37), accused of murdering his uncle, the businessman Jesus Much Rojas (60), in an event that occurred last Friday 18 at the town center of Julcán.

According to the provincial criminal prosecutor of Jauja, Dr. Yanderith Hinostroza, the Public Ministry has sufficient elements of conviction to argue that Rosales would have committed the crime of qualified homicide, so it requested the restrictive measure while the investigation is developed.
Facts
Crime day both were under the influence of alcohol when they started a heated discussion. In the midst of the altercation, Rosales stabbed his uncle in the back and fled the place, also pushing the victim’s couple, who witnessed the attack.
The police captured him shortly after in the place of Chinchijoc, about 500 meters from the house where the homicide occurred. His location was facilitated, unusual, by the barking of his dog, who betrayed him while trying to hide.
