A crash between the Apocalipsis company bus and a private truck left one dead and 13 injured, near the Cormis neighborhood in the Jauja area. Unfortunately, the bus driver died at the Domingo Olavegoya hospital.

The accident occurred at around 10:15 p.m. on Monday, January 6, involving the W7G-791 truck driven by Richard Kevin Castro Oroña (34) and the bus of the transport company Apocalipsis, C2B. -968 driven by Teodoro Capcha Tucto (65).
The bus driver was trapped between the twisted iron, the firefighters and the Police managed to rescue him after several minutes and took him to the Domingo Olavegoya hospital in Jauja, minutes later he died from cardiac arrest. The injured passengers were also taken to the Jauja hospital, while the driver of the van is detained for alleged manslaughter.
