The judicialization
A specialized prosecutor from the Bolívar Section charged, in accordance with the individual responsibilities of each person, the crimes of conspiracy, homicide, attempted homicide, forced disappearance; manufacturing, trafficking, carrying or possession of firearms; and manufacturing, trafficking or possession of narcotics, all aggravated behaviors. The twelve defendants did not accept the charges. However, nine of them received a security measure in prison. In the case of Daniela Judith Agámez Céspedes and Marilyn Martínez Puello, they will remain deprived of liberty in their places of residence and Paula Andrea Arias Serrano will continue to be linked to the investigation in freedom.
