In the house a room, a refrigerator, a washing machine and the oxygen machine that helps their mother to breathe were damaged.
Pedro Alejandro lost the investment of his business: a showcase, a freezer and merchandise for around 54,000 pesos.
The streets of the East Army colony smell of rainwater mixed with drainage water that entered the homes of its inhabitants.

Concepción Juárez, a resident of the Army of the East for more than 40 years, says that this has been the greatest flood he has faced.
“He arrived at my house, entered what my room is, the water came out, the truth is that it was very critical, several furniture affected us, clothing.” This street (Joaquín Ibarguen) is always flooded (…) But this time the truth exceeded the limits, “he shares while his daughter takes with a bucket the water that also flooded her car.
His neighbor, Fabiola Cruz, has in the courtyard the armchairs in his room in an attempt to save them from moisture. “All this was flooded, it seemed like a lagoon.
“The whole block was flooded, we reached our waist here and in the part of the house they were about 30 centimeters (of water),” says Fabiola.
The Eastern Army colony was one of the most affected by the rains of this Saturday, since the water level reached 73.75 millimeters, however it was not the only affected point: the overfield-the wrath station registered 90.75 millimeters of water, in Lomas de Zaragoza 76.4 and in prison of women 60.5 millimeters.
The most affected colonies in Iztapalapa are the Army of the East, Santa María Aztahuacán and the Super Manzana 5 of the Vicente Guerrero Housing Unit.
Likewise, floods of Tláhuac housing were recorded in the Lupita, Land and Libertad, La Conchita, Nopalera and Las Arboledas colonies; In addition in Gustavo A. Madero in the Cuchilla del Treasure neighborhood, according to a statement from the Secretariat of Integral Water Management (Seven).
The head of government, Clara Brugada, made a tour of the Santa María Aztahuacán neighborhood, in Iztapalapa, to serve inhabitants affected by the rains.
