The person investigated for alleged influence peddling, money laundering, among others, and a protected witness in the Los Waykis en la Sombra case, Iván Siucho Neira, was captured at the Jorge Chávez Airport, Leaving the country heading towards Spain. The Judiciary reported that to date the Public Ministry has not requested the extension of the impediment to leaving the country.
The brother-in-law of Edison ‘Orejas’ Flores would have missed his flight to Europe, according to what was reported by RPP. Siucho Neira was prevented from leaving the country for 15 days, from September 9 to 23, 2024.
