Rector Francisco Vegazo highlights educational center maintain its mystique of technical training in human values.
After reaching its tenth anniversary, the Instituto Técnico Superior Comunitario (ITSC) maintains its essence and its graduates live up to the demands of a changing society every day in which equal opportunities and peaceful coexistence among humans prevail.
This was stated by Francisco Vegazo Ramírez, head of the first community college in the Dominican Republic, while stating that the center has responded to the demands of the national productive sector, as well as the protection of the environment and natural resources.

“Work has continued so that the young people of the municipal district of San Luis, the municipality of Santo Domingo Este and a large part of the country are up to the demands of a changing society,” said the educator. Vegazo Ramírez stated that the entire ITSC educational community is convinced that “an education in freedom that promotes equal opportunities and peaceful coexistence among people and respectful of the environment will undoubtedly be the best way to contribute to progress Social”.
ITSC yesterday carried out activities, on the occasion of the tenth anniversary of the educational institution that began with the raising of the national flag, on the front esplanade of the high house of studies, located in the municipal district of San Luis, Santo Domingo Este. Then he officiated a Thanksgiving mass in the San Luis Rey de Francia Parish; in addition, a floral offering in the bust of Duarte.
