So far, the heads of state of: Germany, Angola, Argentina, Bolivia, Cape Verde, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Spain, Guyana, Guinea Bissau, Paraguay, Portugal, Suriname, East Timor, Uruguay and Zimbabwe have been confirmed.

Regarding the representation of the United States, the ambassador said that there is still no indication from the American embassy about who should attend the inauguration. There is anticipation around the arrival of US Vice President Kamala Harris.

Igreja also informed that, contrary to preliminary information, the use of the Rolls Royce traditionally used for the parade in an open car on the day of the inauguration of the President of the Republic has not been ruled out.

“The car should be available to the Federal Police soon for an assessment of the state of the car and whether it will be used or not. The Federal Police will say whether it can be used,” said Igreja.

Countries such as Mexico, Costa Rica and Turkey have confirmed that they will send their foreign ministers to Lula’s inauguration. The same was done by the territory of Palestine. Panama confirmed the vice president of the country.
