The Plenary of Congress approved by majority (with only one abstention) the incorporation of CAS personnel from to the labor regime of Legislative Decree 728, Labor Productivity and Competitiveness Law.

Although about 4,200 workers would benefit from this measure, it is estimated that this transfer will cost the State S/116.5 million. The opinion obtained 110 votes in favor, zero against and one abstention.

The scope of the initiative of the Congress is professionals, technicians and assistance assistants, both health and administrative.
