“It is necessary that we continue promoting the changes and modernization that our National Police requires, so that we can build a better society for all,” Bonilla stressed when participating in the meeting of the authorities of the judicial system entitled “Challenges and Challenges of the judicial system to combat illicit migrant smuggling and white slavery.”
He indicated that with a properly prepared law enforcement institution, with modern technologies, the work to combat this scourge would become more viable and feasible.
