Israeli businessman, Tomer Shaked, identifies investment opportunities in the DR

The Israeli businessman, Tomer Shaked, has identified in the Dominican Republic sectors such as technology, energy and construction, among others, as areas of interest for the investment.

Tomer Shaked is an Israeli entrepreneur who has been expanding his business in Latin America in recent years and his focus has turned to the Dominican Republic, a country that presents great opportunities and growth potential.

With experience being an Amazon Biz Owner, investing, stock brokerage and selling electronics, Tomer has been looking for new investment opportunities in the region.

As a stockbroker, Shaked has been spending his time studying key companies and sectors in the Dominican Republic, and has had excellent results. His experience has enabled him to spot opportunities and risks that others might miss.

“I think that Dominican Republic It is a country that will have very high investment returns in the future due to its wealth in raw materials and low investment opportunities and high returns. I have spoken with many Dominicans because I love this country but they tell me that I am crazy for wanting to invest here and I think I know how to see where there is a good opportunity ”reveals Tomer.

In the technology industry, Tomer Shaked has identified the potential for growth in the financial technology (fintech) sector in the Dominican Republic. With a young population and increasing adoption of technology, the country presents an opportunity for the creation of new companies and digital financial services.

As for energy, Tomer has seen the potential of renewable energy in the country. The Dominican Republic has a large amount of renewable resources, and is working to increase its renewable energy generation capacity. Tomer is interested in investing in renewable energy projects in the country, such as solar and wind farms

“I consulted this idea with my team and we all concluded that it could not only bring economic benefits, but also environmental ones” concludes Tomer.

The entrepreneur has also seen the potential of building homes and commercial buildings. The Dominican Republic has a young and growing population in need of housing and commercial space.

“It is true that Real Estate in the Dominican Republic is an area to study well, I would like to start building commercial buildings and then get into the hotel business, more specifically investing in ‘all inclusive’ hotels,” he said.

In addition to his investment experience, Tomer S. also has experience selling products on Amazon and selling general consumer electronics. In the Dominican Republic, the entrepreneur has seen opportunities in e-commerce and is interested in investing in e-commerce companies that sell electronic products online.
