Sebastián Yunda must be extradited
A red alert order was issued on November 18, 2021 against Sebastián Yunda after he did not comply with the precautionary measures of Judge Máximo Ortega.
On December 1, 2021, Yunda was arrested in Argentina and two days later released, with precautionary measures while the extradition process is underway.
The measures that you must comply with are:
Appearance before a court, every seven days; prohibition of being absent from home for more than 48 hours; obligation to inform the authorities of any change of address; prohibition to leave the country; withholding of the processed passport.
From December 1, 2021, there are 60 days for the Ecuadorian authorities to send the documentation that supports the extradition of the son of the former mayor of Quito.
