The directors of the study assured that the final value of the finishes of the space will depend, initially, on the extension of the property, the quality of the products to be used and the addition of points for public services (water, gas and electricity).

However, they also recommend not taking this scenario as something necessarily negative, since buyers may have different allies and advisory platforms at hand in order to have a dream space.
The ‘startup’ itself offers the possibility of doing the work, asking only 5% of the value of the project to start, then 50% is charged for the start and development, 40% in the middle of this and the last 5% for the end.
