Iris Marín Ortiz is appointed as the first woman to lead the Ombudsman's Office

The House of Representatives plenary session from this August 16th to Iris Marin Ortiz like the new one ombudsmanwith 170 votes in favor. This makes her the first woman to take the reins of the Ombudsman’s Office.
