Ipsos survey: 69% of Peruvians disapprove of Pedro Castillo's management

The latest survey by the Ipsos company shows that 69% of the Peruvians consulted disapprove of the president’s management .

The survey, broadcast this Sunday by the program Cuarto Poder, also shows that 25% approve of the president’s performance seven months into his term.

In the same poll, 56% of Peruvians believe that the president should resign, and 42% believe that he should continue until his term ends in 2026. While in Lima, the idea that the president should resign (71%) is higher than in regions (48%).

Presidential vacancy against Pedro Castillo

The recent study of Ipsos consulted in case the vacancy of President Castillo was proposed, 36% of Peruvians would definitely agree and 30% definitely disagree.

The poll was conducted between February 10 and 11, and 1,214 people were surveyed.
