According to the organization, it is a “atmospheric disturbance” that “affects the country, generating rainfall and some punctually strong storms”.
Inumet warns that in the affected areas it will be possible to see “intense rains in short periods, occasional hail, intense electrical activity and strong gusts of wind.”
The alert will be updated at 11:00 a.m., or upon significant changes.

Paysandu: the whole department.
Black river: Algorta, General Borges, Grecco, Menafra, Paso de los Mellizos, Sarandí de Navarro, Villa María and Young.
Leap: Albisu, Biassini, Campo de Todos, Cerro de Vera, Colonia 18 de Julio, Colonia Itapebí, Garibaldi, Itapebí, Puntas de Valentín, Salto, San Antonio and Termas del Daymán.
Tacuarembó: Achar, Cuchilla de Peralta, Curtina, Paso de los Toros, Piedra Sola, Rincón del Bonete and Drums.
