According to the institute, it is a “atmospheric disturbance” associated with a “moist and unstable air mass” that “affects the country, generating storms, some occasionally strong.”
In the affected areas you will be able to see “intense rains in short periods, occasional hail, intense electrical activity and strong gusts of wind.”
The alert will be updated at 10:30 a.m.or before “significant changes”.
