Santo Domingo.- The National Institute of Transit and Land Transportation (Intrant) launched an institutional WhatsApp line for Citizen Services, which will allow users to respond to concerns about traffic, land transportation, mobility, and road safety.
Through WhatsApp 849-455-2772, those interested can request information on the issuance of a driver’s license in its different modalities, renewal, certifications.
Likewise, in an agile and personalized way, users can request information about the cargo transportation process, permission on public roads, restricted access area, programs such as Parquéate Bien and the National School Mobility System, among others.
“This service is offered to continue strengthening the culture of communication and closeness with the user, in order to continue strengthening the development of mobility in the country,” Intrant said through a press release.
