IFD Socio -Pedagogical Missions will be in La Laguna
Date and place of the next edition of the socio-pedagogical missions of the Dr. Emilio Oribe’s Teacher Institute of the City of Melo are already defined.
With what the proposal implies for the national teaching and for the Teacher Training Center in space, this year they will be carried out in the Merín Lagoon, the school grouping area called Los Taiperos del Rice.
“Last year they were made in Arévalo, it came out very nice, the community fully supported, the mayor supported, all in general joined so that the intervention, based on the needs of the town, was a success” highlighted the Professor Cristina Hernández.
“This year we already started with the preparation. We went to the pre-motion, it will be in the Laguna Merín and with the schools that belong to the Los Taiperos of the rice group.” confirmed to The daily professional.
“We already had a meeting with local authorities, with members of the community and also with children because they are the most important recipients” He stressed.
“We were doing a poll to know what your needs are, what are the issues that ask us” He added.
It is totally confirmed that the socio-pedagogical intervention in the place will be on October 7 and 8. “There we are going to go with all the commissions here to do the different interventions that were requested by the community” The director of the Teacher Training Institute argued.
“We have a lot of task ahead. Only the missions that we do every year has a lot assured. “It is a job to contact, to achieve resources, to be able to respond to the needs and concerns of the people” He stressed.
“As the neighbors have told us in the meetings we have maintained, the lagoon is one from December to February and is another reality between the months of March and November” said. “That is why we are very interested in the community” added.
“There we are going to do that intervention” He insisted on the socio-pedagogical missions that will take place in October of this year.
“All this always requires a lot of organization, work and logistics. –How we have already advanced- This year is added the celebration of the 80 years that will be adding to us those two days of instances that implies serving many people.
