Santo Domingo.-After almost four hours, at 8:05 pm this Monday the former Minister of Defense left, Rubén Darío Paulino Sem of the interrogation to which he was subjected at the Attorney General’s Office of the Republic, in relation to the investigation into the signing of a contract signed during the last months of his 2018-2020 administration.
Upon leaving, Paulino Sem only said “I’m not going to give statements, I thank you very much.” The former minister attended the summons without a lawyer.
The former military man was questioned for having signed a contract in an allegedly irregular manner with the Aurix company owned by Ángel Gómez Canaán, known as Jochi Gómez.

The appointment was rescheduled for this Monday afternoon.
