Interior Minister defends criticism: "I have three months in management and try to advance"

Interior Minister Carlos Malaver, showed his rejection of criticism of his management on citizen insecurity and clarified that he only has been in office for three months, during an event in Trujillo.

“That there are no means truths, that it is not said that it is not being done, I have three months in the management and I think I try to advance as quickly as possible,” said the minister.

“Because also, sometimes, the presence of a new headline in the sector is much faster, because unfortunately the issue of the political calendar is a fairly complicated scenario. But it is not said that you do not work, that it is not said that it is not invested, that is the commitment I have assumed,” he added.

The minister is in Trujillo, which he arrived to participate in the ceremony for the delivery of teams for the National Police of Peru (PNP).
