SANTO DOMINGO.- The Santo Domingo Economic and Social Development Council (Codessd) and the Center for Export and Investment of the Dominican Republic (ProDominicana), reported this Tuesday that in a joint effort to promote sustainable development in the Dominican Republic, they have strengthened their commitment to create a culture of sustainability in the country.
At a recent meeting, both entities discussed the importance of developing policies that promote equitable and sustainable growth, aligned with the social needs and economic opportunities of the country.
“This joint effort marks an important step towards consolidating a culture that prioritizes sustainability in all aspects of the country’s economic and social development, thereby promoting a more equitable and prosperous environment for all Dominicans,” ProDominicana highlighted.
Codessd and ProDominicana agreed to work together on initiatives that promote sustainable practices that not only favor economic growth, but also ensure that this growth is inclusive and beneficial for society as a whole.
“We continue working to build a future where everyone can prosper,” ProDominicana said on its Instagram account, highlighting the commitment of both organizations to sustainable development.
