Service via the National Social Security Institute (INSS) call center, via number 135, is suspended this Saturday (12), a national holiday in honor of Our Lady of Aparecida. The operation will resume next Monday (14), with employees receiving calls between 7am and 10pm, from Monday to Saturday, except holidays.
Despite the telephone channel being suspended, electronic service remains available 24 hours a day, on the “Meu INSS” platform. The tool is available on the web and in application stores for mobile devices (cell phones or tablets). The system also allows access to INSS benefits and services.
