The Ministry of Social Security, the National Social Security Institute (INSS) and Dataprev (Social Security Technology and Information Company) reactivated, this Wednesday (4), the retirement simulatorafter the suspension of service, since the weekend, for maintenance and technological updating of Dataprev systems.
The system underwent a migration to a more modern infrastructure, aiming for greater stability and security, according to the Ministry of Social Security.
The free service can be used by anyone to estimate the time left until retirement.
The simulation takes into account requirements such as age and length of contribution to Social Security and considers the information in the INSS database.
If the taxpayer wants to change any data to a new simulation, such as age, sex and contribution time with contracts and periods, simply click on the pencil drawing, next to the information, and click on the ‘Recalculate’ icon.
The INSS warns that the result on screen generated by the calculator is only valid for consulting the estimated time to retire and does not guarantee the right to retirement.
