The Federal Police (PF) launches this Thursday (9) a new phase of Operation Without Discount, which investigates a national scheme of unauthorized associative discounts on retirement and pensions from the National Social Security Institute (INSS). The action has the support of the Comptroller General of the Union (CGU).
In a statement, the corporation reported that 66 search and seizure warrants were being executed, issued by the Federal Supreme Court (STF), in the following states: São Paulo, Sergipe, Amazonas, Rio Grande do Norte, Santa Catarina, Pernambuco and Bahia, in addition to the Federal District.
“Today’s action aims to deepen investigations and clarify the practice of crimes such as inserting false data into official systems, establishing a criminal organization and acts of concealment and property dilapidation,” the PF said in the statement.

In April, the PF and the Comptroller General of the Union (CGU) launched Operation No Discount with the aim of combating a scheme of unauthorized associative discounts on retirement and pensions.
The scandal also motivated the opening of a Joint Parliamentary Investigative Committee to investigate the case.
The calculation is that entities investigated have deducted around R$6.3 billion from retirees and pensioners between 2019 and 2024. At the time, at least six public servants were removed from their duties.
At the time, the PF reported that investigations identified the existence of irregularities related to association monthly fee discounts applied to social security benefits, mainly retirements and pensions, granted by the INSS.
