The three participate in the calculation of frauds in retirees and pensioners discounts that can add $ 6.3 billion.
He was also invited to provide clarifications at CPMI the former antago of the Jair Bolsonaro government, Bruno Bianco, who was also secretary of social security and labor of the Ministry of Economy.
By justifying Bianco’s summons, CPMI argues that he “seated the legality of administrative acts, legislative changes, relevant to the execution of associative discounts in the benefits of the insured”.

Also approved by agreement about 170 requirements to listen to several involved in the scheme, mainly managers of retired and pensioners associations, and INSS employees and entrepreneurs cited in the investigations.
The president of CPMI, Senator Carlos Vianna (Somos), praised the agreement to call and invite authorities and investigated.
“It is very good and pleasant to see, in requests and requirements here, that both the government and the opposition, agree on the calls. It is a clear demonstration of this CPMI’s commitment to respond to the Brazilian people,” he celebrated.
Senator Eliziane Gama (PSD-MA) has considered the need to prioritize who should be heard in the face of so many approved requirements.
“I think we need to better organize this approval issue, especially called. For example, we have 40 people summoned,” he said.
Carlos Vianna said the calls will be placed on a list of priorities.
“At no time, and I’m sure this is not the speech of any of the parliamentarians here, we will stop summoning anyone. We are calling as the names are linked to the investigation,” he explained.
The request was also approved for the Supreme Court Minister André Mendonça to provide the list of federal senators and deputies involved in the operation without discount, the Federal Police, which investigates the case.
