National Social Security Institute (INSS) agencies across the country will open for extra in-person service this Saturday (24) and Sunday (25). The objective is to anticipate appointments and compensate for the suspension of in-person services on January 28th, 29th and 30th.
The INSS informed that, in cases where the beneficiary prefers service on a business day, relocation will be provided.
Remote service channels such as My INSSvia website and app, and the telephone exchange 135, will operate normally until the 27th, with more than 100 services available.
Maintenance
Next Wednesday (28), Thursday (29) and Friday (30) INSS agencies across the country will be closed for in-person service due to improvements planned in the pension systems of Dataprev, the company responsible for Social Security information technology.
The Meu INSS remote service channels (website and app) and the 135 telephone exchange will also be unavailable from 7pm on the 27th until the 31st.
The measure, according to the INSS, is necessary for the modernization of systems, to ensure greater stability, security and efficiency of services.
