“We have new inspectors in the role in an effective character, some former directors who were now made as inspectors and therefore go to inspection that are from the department, in addition to 2 companions who come from Canelones and Durazno, one for common education and the other For initial education. There are 2 companions who are also inserted in the activity with a first inspection experience. Hopefully it is a success for everyone ” said to The daily professional.
Two rural schools in the process of closing
The departmental inspector of schools confirmed that 2 rural schools of Cerro Largo will remain in the process of closing due to lack of children.
“They are schools that will go through a whole partial closure procedure. It is a process: you have to summon meetings with neighbors and hold a police census among other things ” explained. “At this time there are no school -age children in the area” assured.
“On the other hand we have the reopening of the Mangrullo Blade 80 school that last year was in that process that managed to reverse. Hardly it was not necessary to close it definitively. Families with children were settled in the area and now everything is soon to start classes ” highlighted.
