After overcoming the coronavirus pandemic, Expoagro returned to the country to exhibit the best of the industry and highlight the technological innovations currently being developed in the territory.
Thanks to that, and as always, the event has been a complete success, because with a varied offer of services and products, the national industry gains more recognition in international markets through Expoagro.
And it is that in the return of Expoagrocountries such as South Africa, Egypt, Thailand and Great Britain have shown great interest in the Argentine field, which opens doors for local producers on a global level.
The ambassador of South Africa, Makina Zalene, assured after visiting the fair that they are very attracted to the way in which technology is used in the national field and ratified the interest of that country in the textile, meat and leather industry.
“I am very impressed with what I saw and I think that in South Africa we can learn from Argentina, especially the technology they apply in the field. I think we can do a lot of things together because we have the same climate and geographical location.”
For their part, the representatives of Egypt were interested in the production of local wheat, since “bread is very important in the Egyptian diet”, as stated by the Egyptian Chargé d’Affaires, Shokry Ossama Mahmoud.
In this sense, Argentina could be one of its main exporting countries, since, although the cereal is produced in Egypt, the demand is much higher, so the nation would play a crucial role for its market.
Expoagro presented several novelties for the field
To improve agricultural production, during the event different entrepreneurs presented their most innovative proposals for the industry, where seed companies were highlighted with the presentation of 3 new products that will soon be released on the market.
The drone for the application of agrochemicals, as well as an impressive technology for weather forecasting and metallurgical products for livestock management, also caught the attention of exhibitors and visitors.
