Cicpc detective Enrique González García (26), attached to the Güiria Municipal Delegation (Sucre), died after being injured during a police procedure.
The information was disclosed on the Cicpc’s social networks from where they specify that González and other agents carried out a police deployment in the La Salina sector, Güiria parish, Valdez municipality, Sucre state.
In this procedure, the subjects began an attack with weapons against the Cicpc commission, injuring the detective.
The official was transferred to the central hospital of the eastern entity where he died.
“We extend our condolences to the González García family, for such an irreparable loss,” says the scientific police in their report. They promise to make the perpetrators of the crime known in the next few hours. “No to impunity”, they limited.
