Complaints against airlines rise 94% in the first quarter, says Senacon

Infraero (Brazilian Airport Infrastructure Company) airports should receive 651,800 passengers during the Easter holidays, between the 6th and 10th of next year. There are 21 airports with regular commercial flights managed by the company. The projection was made from the schedules informed by the airlines.

The number is 54% higher compared to last year, when 422,300 people boarded and disembarked at the terminals in the period from April 14 to 18.

Now, 4,900 landings and takeoffs are expected in the period, an amount 40% higher compared to the 3,500 flights carried out in 2022.

Movement

The busiest days should be next Thursday (6th), with 159,600 passengers and 1,209 takeoffs and landings, and Monday (10th), with 160,000 passengers and 1,216 estimated aircraft movements.

At Congonhas Airport, in São Paulo, the movement should reach 333 thousand passengers in 585 scheduled flights. The numbers represent growth of 54% and 58% compared to last year, respectively.

Infraero recommends that passengers arrive at the airports at least one hour and thirty minutes in advance for domestic flights and three hours for international flights.
