The Dane announced this Wednesday, January 5, the results of the Consumer Price Index for December and the total for the year 2021, which stood at 0.73% in the reference month and in its annual variation at 5.62 %.
To november, the annual CPI was 5.26%, while the monthly one was 0.50%, which represents an increase from month to month.
The results are above market estimates that suggested that inflation would close the year at 5.33% on average.
