The infanticide from the town of Santa Fe, Ruddy Yáñez Villavicencio, 33, he received his second sentence this Friday. He was sentenced to 15 years in prison for a sexual abuse he committed against a minor in 2021.

In this other case, Ruddy cheated on a 10 year old girl telling her that he would give her metal and plastics to recycle and took her to a little-traveled area of ​​Yapacaní. At the scene, the sentenced man jumped on the minor, but she managed to escape from her and ask the neighbors for help.

For this case the man charged with sexual abuse and sent to jail, but months later he was released with alternative measures. It was thanks to this determination of justice that he enjoyed freedom and on Friday, June 16, he kidnapped a 9-year-old boy, raped him, and killed him on a vacant lot in Santa Fe, in the municipality of San Carlos.

Ruddy Yáñez Villavicencio’s sentence for sexual abuse just came this Friday, two years after committing the act. He received 15 years in prison in the Chonchocoro prisonwhere he entered this afternoon to serve another 30-year sentence, without the right to pardon, for the infanticide he committed against the boy from Santa Fe.

However, justice another process follows Ruddy for the crime of rape in a degree of attempt, in which he was declared a rebel for not appearing at his trial, after also being released from jail.
