The INE declared itself incompetent to address a complaint from deputies from Morena for alleged acts of political violence based on gender to the detriment of the former Secretary of Education, Delfina Gómez.
On the grounds that this is a matter with local impact
the INE resolved that the issue concerns the electoral authority of the state of Mexico.
The morenistas denounced the leader of the PAN, Marko Cortés, as well as opposition communicators and legislators, for issuing expressions against Gómez and referring that his political ascent is by decision of President López Obrador.
