“It is striking that in four of the eight referred there will be elections this year. To this condition is added the precarious budgetary situation of many of them, ”said the INE.
Edmundo Jacobo highlighted the cases of the OPLs of Colima, Durango and San Luis Potosí, which in addition to suffering budget cuts, “now add the irregularity or delay of the approved administrations.”
