Industrial activity grew 4.7% and construction improved 8.8% in April

Investment accumulates six consecutive quarters of growth

Industrial activity grew 4.7% in April compared to the same month last year, accumulating a rise of 4% in the first quarter, the National Institute of Statistics and Censuses (Indec) reported on Thursday.

Meanwhile, activity in the construction sector increased 8.8% year-on-year in April, and 3.1% in the accumulated figure for the first four months of 2022.
