An induction session was held at the Venezuelan School of Planning as part of the preparations for the Congress of the Historical Block, in which the five generations are debated and linked to the perspectives of Venezuela in the next 30 years. In this regard, the Vice President of Planning, Ricardo Menéndez, said that progress is being made in the community assemblies.
For his part, the president of the Venezuelan School of Planning, Ricardo Molina, said that the induction session addressed territorial development and how it should correspond to the historical objectives of the Plan de la Patria.
This Wednesday, the Base Assemblies began in the state of Guárico in preparation for the Congress of the Historic, Bolivarian, Popular, Chavista and Socialist Bloc of Venezuela for the 21st Century. During his participation in this Meeting, Menéndez expressed that “this is not just another task, but rather one of the fundamental elements of another historical stage, the deepening of the Bolivarian Revolution.”
In this regard, Menéndez reiterated that the debate during the Congress of the Historical Block will be in three waves, starting with the Base Assemblies that are being held this week. “Going to the highest level of disaggregation of the organizational form that exists there, in the general case, corresponds to the communities,” he affirmed.
