Indra’s Anti-Bribery Management System (“SGAS”) in Peru is part of the Criminal Risk Prevention Model, which is integrated into the Indra Group Compliance Model and is applied globally.

The audit report to renew the ISO 37001 certification was carried out by Aenor, a leading certification entity with operations in different countries. Aenor certified that Senior Management is involved in the support and operation of the SGAS, with the support of the Compliance Unit, which is aligned with the international principles established by the standard.

Aenor highlighted as Indra’s strengths the internal systems developed to implement controls to the Anti-Bribery Management System, the existence of a solid Compliance team that has a presence in Latin America and the internal and external communications program that the company has to Raise awareness among professionals about the ISO 37001 standard.

Maintaining this certification in Peru contributes to aligning the company’s quality, transparency and compliance objectives with its strategic commercial objectives, since, when its management system is evaluated by a certifying company, the trust that the company has is reinforced. company maintains with all its stakeholders.

The maintenance of ISO 37001 in Peru joins other recognitions already obtained by Indra Group through its good Compliance practices.
