Indomet warns about abnormal waves in the Atlantic and Caribbean

Santo Domingo.- The Dominican Institute of Meteorology (Indomet) urged ship operators to remain in port, due to the abnormal waves which is recorded in the Atlantic coast and the Caribbean Sea.

The agency reported that an alert about abnormal waves is maintained from Cape San Rafaelin the province La Altagracia, to Cabo Cabrón, in Samaná.

“On the Atlantic coast, since Cape San Rafael (La Altagracia) to Cabo Cabrón (Samaná)) operators of small vessels are recommended to remain in port,” explained Indomet..
