INDOCAL and Inaipi agree on the implementation of Quality standards

Santo Domingo. – The Dominican Institute for Quality (INDOCAL) and the National Institute for Comprehensive Early Childhood Care (Inaipi) signed a cooperation agreement for the development of good practice standards in the Public administrationwithin the framework of the Regulatory Compliance Program established by the president Louis Abinader through decree 36-21.

The agreement was signed by the general director of INDOCAL, Lorenzo Ramírez, and Besaida Manola Santana de Báez, executive director of Inaipi, and includes a training program in order to obtain certification in ISO 9001-2015 standards, on Management Systems of Quality; ISO 37001, on Anti-Bribery and 37301, on Regulatory Compliance.

Santana de Báez described the signing of the agreement as very important because through it, they will be able to establish a culture of transparency and compliance in the institution, in order to prevent corruption in public purchases and the use of government funds. Condition.

He thanked the support they receive from the director and the technical team of the INDOCAL so that Inaipi can receive the three certifications.

Meanwhile, Lorenzo Ramírez congratulated Inaipi for initiating the process to obtain the certifications that will allow strengthening the controls to prevent and detect errors and irregularities in time in the administrative processes carried out by the institution.

Through the agreement, INDOCAL and Inaipi define the critical route to be followed between the institutions and also designate the commissions that will follow up on the training processes.

During the act, the directors Santana de Báez and Ramirez delivered the certificates to 41 Inaipi employees who participated in the course “Integrated System for the Interpretation and Implementation of the ISO 9001:2015, ISO 37001 and ISO 37301:2021 Management System” .

The course was given by the Peruvian Carlo Flores Roca, president of the CONCEPTA Group and an expert in the implementation and auditing of Quality Management Systems, Anti-bribery, Compliance, among others.

Prior to the delivery, Santana de Báez placed an institutional pin on Lorenzo Ramirez and Carlos Flores Roca, who were declared distinguished sons of Inaipi.
