Independiente Petrolero beat Blooming 5-1 and takes a breath, as it escapes from the lower zone of the Clausura tournament standings and the accumulated one, while the celestial academy was stopped in its intention to get into the qualification zone for the Libertadores Cup.

The match on date 22 of the Clausura of the Professional Division of Bolivian football was played this Wednesday night and took place at the Patria de Sucre stadium,

The scoring opened in the first minute and a half of play through Rodrigo Ávila, who scored with a header, but the goal was immediately annulled by Tarija referee Jordy Alemán, due to an alleged offside position.

After three minutes of VAR review, the goal was validated, since Ávila had converted from a legal position.

The second for the capital team was the work of Paraguayan striker Juan Godoy (15′), who with a low shot, from inside the area, defeated the resistance of goalkeeper Braulio Uraezaña.

‘Inde’ was like a hurricane that took everything before it and destroyed its rival. The third did not take long to arrive and this time the author was Gustavo Cristaldo (18′), with a formidable left-footed shot, from outside the area, which entered near the upper right corner of the Uraezaña goal.

Only 20 percent of the game had been played and the Chuquisaque team was already winning by a landslide in front of their home crowd.

When they least expected it, the Santa Cruz academy reached injury time with a goal from Richet Gómez (21′), who headed a cross from Rafinha’s corner kick at the near post.

In the complementary stage, Ecuadorian Daniel Guillermo Porozo appeared (55′) to stretch the difference in favor of the local team. The forward received a cross from the right and almost from the penalty spot he made no mistake with his header.

The team from Santa Cruz managed to score a second goal through César Menacho (82′), but the goal was annulled due to a previous foul on goalkeeper Elder Arauz.

The one who continued to increase the score was the local team. Juan Godoy (85′) took advantage of the fact that the visiting defense made a mistake at the start and scored with a right-footed shot to declare the final 5-1.
