The National Institute for the Defense of Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property (Indecopi) reported that on Wednesday, August 31, it will hold the fifth public auction of the year, in which goods seized from individuals or companies for non-payment of sanctions will be auctioned.
Among the properties to be auctioned are: an apartment, a warehouse, a house and more properties that are located in the districts of San Borja, Surco, San Miguel, La Victoria and San Juan de Lurigancho.
From how much will it be auctioned?
According to the list, there an apartment in Miraflores from S/ 148,000 and a deposit from S/ 21,000 in San Borja.
Also a store from S/ 131,000 in Ate and land from S/ 13,496 in San Juan de Lurigancho.

How to take part?
If you wish to be a bidder, you must go to the main office of Indecopi, located at Av. Del Aire No. 384 (height of block 15 of Av. Canada), San Borja, at least 20 minutes before the scheduled time (8: 40 am) for the auction in which you wish to participate.
- To participate in the auction you must have 10% of the appraised value of the property that interests you.
- You must present yourself with the appraisal by means of a certified check or cashier’s check payable to Indecopi and you must also bring your DNI.
- It is important to keep in mind that those who participate on behalf of a natural or legal person must present a current power of attorney registered in the respective registry office.

In addition, the governing body mentioned that, in compliance with the regulations of the Ministry of Health, before COVID-19, the following will be required:
- Mandatory use of double mask.
- Minimum social distancing of one meter in all places of common use.
- Avoid crowds during entry and exit.
